A few years ago I stopped buying bananas because I can’t deal with those pesky gnat like pests they bring with them. The fruit fly. I’ve battled fruit flies many times and just find them to be so annoying. It’s been a long time since they’ve invaded, since I’ve banned bananas. But with [...] I noticed a few articles recently which made think about how the choices we make as parents impact our children. I’m not talking about our “parenting” choices, like co-sleeping or how much TV we let our little ones watch. I’m talking about EVERY choice we make and EVERY aspect of our own lives… [...] I showered this morning using my pomegranate & mango body wash and avocado shampoo & conditioner. Then I thought to myself, what I am doing? Why have I purchased these products? Our hand soap is white lilies & tea or something. So I started thinking about the options when I shop [...] Happy 30th Birthday Pacman! Tweets. Twitter. Tweeting. Gag. That has been my reaction since I first began hearing about Twitter.com. I get disgusted by “news” that involves informing us about various twitters of celebrities. Keeping up with my blog, other blogs, Facebook, and Myspace was more than I could handle. I dropped Myspace [...] So Earth Day 2010 has come and gone, and I wonder how many people even realize it? Actually I’ve noticed the past couple of years that there has been a lot more attention for the day.
